摘要
以厦门市海沧区东孚新城为例,探讨生态理念指引下厦门市近郊型小城镇的城乡空间发展特征及规划策略。研究发现,厦门市近郊型小城镇多具有生态优势、区位交通优势和经济产业发展基础,也存在生态保护压力大、城乡空间零碎等问题,城镇环境品质亟待提升。研究认为,在生态理念指引下,厦门市近郊型小城镇的城乡空间发展需要强化生态功能定位,实现三类空间的分区管控,形成和谐的城乡空间及演替模式,同时完善山水林田湖多样性的生态景观系统、构建完善的生态网络体系,并形成全域立体旅游模式,鼓励绿色出行。
This paper takes Dongfu New Town in Haicang District as an example to explore the urban-rural spatial development characteristics and planning strategies of suburban townlet in Xiamen under the ecological concept. The study finds that Xiamen’s suburban townlets have ecological advantages, location and transportation advantages, and economic and industrial development foundation.There are also some problems, such as the pressure of ecological protection, serious urban-rural space fragmentation, and improvement of urban environmental quality. According to the research, under the guidance of ecological concept, the urban-rural space development of suburban townlets in Xiamen needs to strengthen the orientation of ecological functions, realize the regional control of the three types of space, form a harmonious urban-rural space and succession model, and improve the diversity ecological landscape system, construct a perfect ecological network system, form a macro-tourism model, encourage green travel.
