摘要
新时代,我国对于生态理念下的城乡规划空前重视。在长期快速工业化与城镇化的推动下,城市的人口与功能等要素过度集中及蔓延式的空间拓展方式已经造成了严重的生态环境问题,而应对这一问题的基本策略就是建设郊区新城。在传统模式已经不能适应时代发展要求的前提下,寻找郊区新城转型发展路径是对于现实问题的积极回应。本文在整理国际城市规划领域生态理念与郊区新城理论的基础上,分析了生态理念对于我国不同发展阶段郊区新城建设的影响,并以成都新版总规中郊区新城新津为案例,重点研究空间规划对于生态理念的承载方式,尝试探索生态理念指导下适于郊区新城转型发展的路径。
In the new era, China places an unprecedented emphasis on urban and rural planning under the ecological concept. Driven by the long-term rapid industrialization and urbanization, the excessive concentration of factors such as population and function and the sprawl of urban space have caused serious problems in the ecological environment. The basic strategy to deal with this problem is to build suburban new towns. Given the precondition that traditional development modes can no longer meet the calling of the new age, exploring new paths of transformation for suburban cities is a proacfive response to this practical problem. In this research, I reviewed urban planning literature discussing ecological concepts and theories of suburban new town at an international scope, analyzed the impact of ecological concepts on suburban new town developments in China over different time periods. Useing Xinjin, a suburban new town indicated in the new Master Plan of Chengdu, as a case study, this paper focused on the representation of ecological concepts on spatial planning, and tried to explore the way for transformation and development of suburban new towns under the guidance of the ecological concept.
