摘要
为了解初中学生自发的生涯发展需求状况,本研究对成都市某中学初一年级学生进行了问卷调查。结果显示大部分学生对生涯发展较有信心,对兴趣职业坚持度较高,克服阻碍效能感较强,但也需要更多的引导来更深入地探索自我和社会,如大学、专业、社会人才需求等。大部分学生都希望能在生涯方面与父母、教师、已毕业学生、以及同伴有更多的交流,并且希望在时间管理、压力管理、目标管理、情绪管理、社交技巧等方面得到更多指导。未来应根据调查结果进行有针对性的生涯教育课程和活动设计,并进一步持续追踪检验基于调查的生涯教育的效果,在此基础上进行修订和调整,将初中生涯教育不断推向深入。
In order to learn about the spontaneous career development needs of junior middle school students, a survey was conducted among the 7 th grade students in one middle school in Chengdu. Results showed most of the students had faith in their career development, preferred to insist on their interested occupation, and had high sense of efficacy on overcoming obstacles. Students also needed more guidance to understand themselves and the society, hoped to have more communication about career with parents, teachers, students who had graduated, and classmates, and needed more guidance about time management, stress management, purpose management, emotion management, and social skills. Based on the survey results, we should develop targeted career education courses and activities, test the outcome continually, and revise the education, so as to facilitate career education in junior middle schools.
