摘要
目的：编制适用于中国大学生的生涯辅导需求问卷。方法在综合国内外相关研究并结合开放式问卷调查的基础上，建构了大学生生涯辅导需求的理论维度，并据此编制了大学生生涯辅导需求问卷；然后通过对2932名大学生的探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析形成最终问卷。结果最终问卷由32个项目组成，包括自我探索、环境探索、生涯抉择与规划、生涯准备、生涯安置5个维度。验证性因素分析显示，5因素模型拟合指标χ2/df，NNFI，CFI，IFI，NFI，RMSEA 分别为3．493，0．938，0．926，0．917，0．900，0．049，各维度之间的相关系数在0．412～0．612之间，各维度与总分的相关系数在0．754～0．841之间，表明问卷结构效度良好；问卷与大学生生涯适应力呈显著负相关，表明问卷效标效度良好；问卷的Cronbach α系数为0．876，重测信度为0．861，说明问卷信度良好。结论该问卷的因素结构清晰，信、效度良好，可以作为大学生生涯辅导需求的测量工具。
Objective To develop a Career Guidance Needs Inventory for Chinese undergraduates .Methods Based on the previous literature and the open questionnaire survey ,this paper first defined the construct of undergraduates＆#39;career guidance needs ,and compiled a preliminary questionnaire to measure undergraduates＆#39;career guidance needs .According to the results of 2932 undergraduates by explor-atory factor analysis and the results of other 1466 undergraduates by confirmatory factor analysis ,the final questionnaire was formed .Re-sults The questionnaire included 32 items and was composed of five dimensions ,which were Self-Exploring,Environment-Exploring, Career Decision-Making and Planning,Career Preparation and Career Placement .Fit indexes for χ2/df,NNFI,CFI,IFI,NFI,RMSEA were 3.493,0.938,0.926,0.917,0.900 and 0.049.The correlation coefficients between each dimension ranged from 0.412 to 0.612 and the correlation coefficients between each dimension and total scale ranged from 0.754 to 0.841.The questionnaire was negatively correlated with college students＆#39;career adaptability .Cronbach αcoefficients of the questionnaire was 0.876 and re-test reliability coeffi-cients was 0.861.All of that showed that the questionnaire had satisfying construct validity ,criterion validity,consistency reliability and re-test reliability.Conclusion The questionnaire is reliable and valid enough to be applicable to measure undergraduates ＆#39;career guid-ance needs .
