摘要
采用相关量表对安徽省三所应用型高校外语教师进行调查研究,结果表明:应用型高校外语教师自我概念程度较高,教学效能感强,存在一定程度的职业倦怠;英语专业教师职业倦怠程度略低于小语种和大学英语教师,青年男教师(中级职称)倦怠水平稍高;应用型高校外语教师教学效能感、自我概念皆与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,自我概念与教学效能感表现为显著正相关;自我概念中的教学满意度、师生关系、自我接纳及风险接受度和主动性这四维度进入回归模型,显著预测职业倦怠水平,联合解释了职业倦怠41.8%的变化量。
This paper makes an investigation among foreign language teachers in three applied universities in Anhui Province by using relevant scales.The result shows the following findings:foreign language teachers in applied universities have higher self-conceptual level,strong sense of teaching efficacy,and a certain degree of Job Burnout;the Job Burnout of teachers for English majors is slightly lower than that of teachers for minor languages and college English,and the young male teachers(with intermediate titles)have a slightly higher level of Job Burnout;the applied efficacy and self-concept of foreign language teachers in applied universities are significantly negatively correlated with Job Burnout,and there is significant positive correlation between self-concept and teaching efficacy;the four dimensions in the self-concept can be used to set up the regression model for significantly predicting the level of burnout,like teaching satisfaction,teacher-student relationship,self-acceptance and risk acceptance and initiative,and they can jointly explain 41.8%of change in the Job Burnout.
