摘要
目的通过分析我院重症监护病房(ICU)送检标本中肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率,探究ICU内常用抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)与肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性的相关性.方法调查2012—2015年江苏大学附属昆山医院ICU常用抗菌药物DDDs及肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率,计算各个药物的DDDs,并对耐药率和用药频度进行相关分析.结果所调查医院抗菌药物DDDs与肺炎克雷伯菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率相关性复杂.结论临床治疗中使用抗菌药物时应注意DDDs与耐药率的关联,合理选用抗菌药物并控制用量,以期延缓细菌耐药的进展.
Objective To investigate the the correlation between the antibiotic usage in ICU and the drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae with the analysis of drug resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae in the ICU. Methods Consumption of antibacterial agents commonly used in ICU from 2012 to 2015 and resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae were investigated. Defined Daily Dose system (DDDs) of various antibacterial agents were calculated. The correlation between resistance rate and DDDs were analyzed with SPSS. Results The DDDs of antimicrobial agents used in hospital and the resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae to common antimicrobial agents were complicated. Conclusion Clinicians should care the use of antimicrobial agents and the relationship between the rate of resistance, rational use of antimicrobial drugs and control the amount in order to delay the progress of bacterial resistance.
