摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法,对武汉市302名幼儿园教师的园所文化认同与工作满意度进行调查发现,幼儿园教师园所文化认同整体处于较高水平,工作满意度整体处于一般水平,且幼儿园教师园所文化认同与工作满意度呈显著正相关.研究者据此提出相关建议.
Using questionnaire, the researchers studied the organizational culture identification and job satisfaction of 302 kindergarten teachers in Wuhan. The results show that the overall level of teachers’ organizational culture identification is high while the overall job satisfaction is at a general level;kindergarten teachers' organizational culture identification has significantly positive correlation with their job satisfaction. Some suggestions are put forward.
