摘要 通过改革大学生心理健康教育课的教学模式和方法,将案例式教学模式、研究性学习实践融入课堂教学,创新性采取“11N30”模式,充分发挥课堂教学在大学生心理健康教育中的重要作用。加强网络学习互动,借助“互联网+”平台的资源,开展线上学习、辅导、练习、评价及反馈;结合医学专业特点及大学生心理及学习需求,有针对性地开设相关限定性选修课程,进一步完善心理健康教育课程体系;建立心理健康教育课程形成性评价与终结性评价相结合。通过教学改革,活跃了课堂教学气氛,调动学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量,使学生真正掌握并应用心理健康知识解决实际问题,增强自我心理保健意识,切实提高心理素质,促进学生全面发展。 Through reforming the teaching mode and method of mental health education for college students, case-based mode and research-based learning practice are integrated into classroom teaching, and "11N30" mode is innovatively adopted to give full play to the important role of classroom teaching in mental health education for college students. We should strengthen the network learning interaction, use the resources of the "Internet +" platform, carry out online learning, tutoring, practice, evaluation and feedback;set up relevant restricted elective courses according to the characteristics of medical specialty and college students* psychology and learning needs, further improve the curriculum system of mental health education, and establish the formative assessment and summative evaluation of mental health education curriculum. Through the teaching reform, the classroom teaching atmosphere has been activated, students' interest in learning has been aroused, teaching quality has been improved, so that students can truly grasp and apply mental health knowledge to solve practical problems, enhance their awareness of self-psychological health care, effectively improve their psychological quality and promote their all-round development.
