摘要
大学生心理健康属于民生问题,切实关注大学生心理健康问题非常重要。从目前大学生心理健康工作的实际情况及突出问题来看,心理健康教育走向心理健康教育与服务是高校心理健康教育发展的必然趋势。以吉林大学学生心理健康教育服务为例,高校学生心理健康教育与服务体系建设可以从坚持专业化示范引领与协同化整合推进相统一、教师主导作用与学生主体地位相统一、理论精深度与传播普适性相统一三个方面开展。通过建齐建强专业队伍、打造优质课程平台、搭建精品工作载体等方式,帮助学生打好健康心理和正确思想的"底子",帮助学生系好人生第一粒"扣子"。
The mental health of college students is a problem of people’s livelihood.It is very important to pay attention to the mental health of college students.Judging from the actual situation and outstanding performance of the mental health work of college students,it is an inevitable trend for the development of mental health education in colleges and universities to move towards mental health education and services.Taking the mental health education service of Jilin University students as an example,the construction of psychological health education and service system for college students can adhere to the integration of professional demonstration guidance and collaborative integration and promotion,the unity of teacher’s leading role and student’s subject status,the unity of theoretical depth and universality of communication.By building a professional team,building a high-quality curriculum platform,and building a quality work carrier,etc.,help students to build a"foundation"of healthy mentality and correct thinking,and help students to tie the first"button"of life.
