摘要
目的探讨川芎茶调散对偏头痛的预防作用。方法将2017年7月—2017年8月我院神经内科门诊68例偏头痛病人随机分为对照组与试验组,每组34例。对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,每次10mg,每晚1次,睡前口服。试验组予川芎茶调散加减口服,每日1次。均连续治疗4周后,检测血流动力学[椎动脉(VA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、基底动脉(BA)平均血流速度],评价临床症状评分(头痛发作次数评分、头痛持续时间评分、伴随症状评分),检测血清标志物[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)]水平,比较临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后VA、ACA、MCA、PCA、BA平均血流速度均明显降低(P<0.01),头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间、伴随症状评分均显著降低(P<0.01),血清5-HT、β-EP水平均显著升高(P<0.01);与对照组比较,试验组治疗后VA、ACA、MCA、PCA、BA平均血流速度均明显降低(P<0.05),头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间、伴随症状评分均显著降低(P<0.01),血清5-HT、β-EP水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。试验组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论川芎茶调散具有一定预防偏头痛的作用。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of Chuanxiong Chatiao powder on attack of migraine.Methods Sixty-eight migraine patients admitted from July 2017 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,thirty-four cases each group.The control group received Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 10 mg per night.The study group received Chuanxiong Chatiao powder once a day,for four weeks.The vertebral arteries(VA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA),basilar artery(BA),headache attack times score,headache duration score,unaccompanied symptom score,serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),and beta endorphin(beta endorphin)level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with data before treatment,the levels of VA,ACA,MCA,PCA,and BA decreased significantly(P<0.05).The scores of headache attacks,headache duration,and symptom scores significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the levels of serum 5-HT and beta-EP significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the levels of VA,ACA,MCA,PCA,and BA were lower(P<0.05),the scores of headache episodes,headache duration,and symptom score were significantly lower(P<0.01),and the levels of serum 5-HT and beta-EP were significantly higher(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Chuanxiong chatiao powder has certain preventive effect on migraine attack.
