摘要
新高考改革为地方高校扩大了自主招生权限,同时也为考生提供了更为广泛的志愿填报选择空间。在形成双向选择优势之后,高考指挥棒的强制性已经逐步弱化,但另一种招生困境逐步显现。地方高校招生经验不足,缺乏专业特色或办学特色,容易丧失市场竞争力,其人才选拔和生源素质甄别均会遇到一定的障碍。为此,分析新高考改革背景,探讨新高考改革背景下地方高校在招生模式中的变化。同时,解析地方高校在新高考改革背景下所面临的招生困境,以及在这种招生困境之下的突破方向和发展策略,希望为经验尚欠的地方高校提供招生参考,支持地方高校优化招生质量,达到预期的招生水平。
The new college entrance examination reform enlarges the autonomous enrollment authority of local colleges and universities,and also provides a wider range of choices for candidates.After forming the advantage of two-way selection,the compulsion of the command baton of the college entrance examination has gradually weakened,but another dilemma of enrollment has gradually emerged.Local colleges and universities lack experience in recruiting students,professional characteristics or school-running characteristics,and are prone to lose market competitiveness.Their talent selection and candidate quality screening will encounter certain obstacles.Therefore,this paper analyses the background of the new college entrance examination reform and explores the changes in the enrollment model of local colleges and universities under the background of the new college entrance examination reform.At the same time,it analyses the dilemma of enrollment faced by local universities under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,as well as the breakthrough direction and development strategy under this dilemma.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for local colleges and universities with less experience,and support local colleges and universities to optimize the quality of enrollment,so as to achieve the expected level of enrollment.
