制备工艺对Fe-Si-AL磁粉芯磁性能的影响分析

摘要 通过对Fe-Si-AL磁粉芯生产工艺过程进行实验研究,分析了制备工艺中影响Fe-Si-AL磁粉芯磁性能的几个主要工艺因素。研究分析结果表明,Fe-Si-AL磁粉芯的磁性能主要取决于粉末材料的制备方法、粉末粒度的分布、绝缘包覆、模压成型压力、热处理工艺及加固处理等因素。粉末粒度分布偏粗、绝缘介质含量越少、模压成型压力大、选用适当的热处理工艺参数及加固处理会使Fe-Si-AL磁粉芯得到最佳的磁性能。 Through the experimental research on the production process of Fe-Si-AL magnetic powder core, the main technological factors affecting the magnetic properties of Fe-Si-AL magnetic powder core in the preparation process were analyzed. The research results show that the magnetic properties of Fe-Si-AL magnetic core mainly depend on the preparation methods of powder materials, particle size distribution, insulation coating, molding pressure, heat treatment process and reinforcement treatment. If we use coarse powder, less insulating medium, high molding pressure, proper heat treatment process parameters and strengthening treatment, we will get the best magnetic properties of Fe-Si-AL magnetic powder core.
