摘要
经过一系列的除杂过程,从人造金红石母液中提取出纯度较高的氯化亚铁晶体,并采用共沉淀的方法制得了锰锌铁氧体。分析结果表明:在锻烧温度为900-950℃时,可以得到结晶度较高、磁导率较大的MnxZn1-xFe2O4。
After a series of impurity removal processes, high purity ferrous chloride crystals were extracted from synthetic rutile mother liquor, and manganese-zinc ferrite was prepared by co-precipitation method. Analysis results showed that MnxZn1-x Fe2O4 with higher crystallinity and higher magnetic permeability could be obtained at calcination temperature of 900-950℃.
