摘要
为了解决制约工业级磷酸一铵产能释放的问题,实现母液高效梯级利用,生产高端化、精细化、绿色化新型磷复肥产品,研究了工业磷酸一铵母液综合利用技术。试验通过对工业级磷酸一铵生产过程中母液进行重结晶和洗涤,制备总养分超过72%的全水溶性磷酸一铵,提高最终产品工业级磷酸一铵的技术指标,从而提高产品的附加值,且可根据市场需求生产不同规格的产品。
In order to unlock the potential for industrial grade monoammonium phosphate,achieve the high-efficiency step-wise utilization of mother liquor to produce high-end,premium and green new type phosphate compound fertilizer products,the technology for comprehensive utilization of monoammonium phosphate mother liquor is studied.Experiment is conducted where mother liquor from the production of industrial grade monoammonium phosphate is recrystallized and washed to produce full water soluble monoammonium phosphate with total nutrient above 72%,to increase the technical figure of the finished product monoammonium phosphate,so as to increase the added value of the product,and make products of different specifications based on the market demand.
