摘要
文中介绍了模压橡胶密封件硫化后收缩率和测定方法,在生产过程中硫化工艺的改变、产品结构、模具结构等因素对收缩率的影响等。相关文献对橡胶收缩率的研讨很少,笔者结合多年工作经验,对橡胶的收缩率变化因素进行了梳理与总结。
The shrinkage rate and determination method of molded rubber seals after vulcanization are introduced. The effects of factors such as the change of vulcanization process, product structure and mold structure on the shrinkage rate during the production process were introduced. The related literature has little research on rubber shrinkage rate. The author combines years of work experience to sort out and summarize the factors of rubber shrinkage.
