摘要
随着科学技术的发展,国内有机化学科研水平迅速提高,对本科毕业生有机化学实验的技能有了新的要求,结合实际教学中遇到的问题和不足,分析了有机化学实验教学中几点需要加强和改进的地方,从实验内容安排、教学手段多样化,培养学生学习兴趣、严格要求,从严考核、鼓励学生积极参与教师科研工作、加强科学研究,提高教师自身素质等方面提出建议并作出尝试。
With the development of science and technology,the teaching and research level of Organic Chemistry in China has been improved rapidly,and new requirements have been put forward for the experimental skills of undergraduate students.Combined with the problems and shortcomings encountering in the actual teaching,several points that needed to be strengthened in the teaching of Organic Chemistry Experiment were analyzed to improve the effect of experimental teaching.Through the experimental content arrangement and diversified teaching methods,students' interest in learning was cultivated.With strict requirements and strict assessment,students were encouraged to take an active part in teachers' scientific research work.Scientific research was strengthened and the quality of teachers was improved.
