肝失疏泄大鼠模型眼压和眼压波动 被引量:1

Intraocular pressure and its fluctuation in rat model with liver failure in dredging and regulation syndrome

摘要 目的观察肝失疏泄大鼠模型是否具有高眼压和大的24h眼压波动。方法健康同系SD雄性大鼠28只,随机分为2组。正常组14只,群养观察;模型组(肝失疏泄组)14只,孤养,按程序施加造模刺激。造模4周后测24h眼压,每周1次,共3次。测量时间为9:00~10:00、13:00~14:00、17:00~18:00、21:00~22:00、1:00~2:00。采用桌面式小动物麻醉机麻醉SD大鼠,采用Tono-PenAVIA眼压计测量眼压。对两组间第4周、第5周和第6周的平均眼压和眼压波动结果进行比较。结果(1)两组大鼠基线眼压和体重具有可比性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)造模4周后,模型组的24h平均眼压为(16.55±0.91)mmHg,而正常组为(16.06±0.99)mmHg,差异无统计学意义(F=0.23,P=0.63)。在造模第6周,模型组平均眼压为(14.64±1.13)mmHg,高于正常组(13.23±1.08)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(F=3.53,P=0.04)。(3)模型组眼压波动呈现升高趋势,但与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝失疏泄大鼠模型具有较高的24h平均眼压和眼压波动趋势,这可能为临床解释肝失疏泄是青光眼主要致病原因提供了依据。 OBJECTIVE To observe whether rat models with liver failure in dredging and regulation syndrome had high intraocular pressure and obvious intraocular pressure fluctuation in 24 hours. METHODS Twenty-eight healthy and homologous series of SPF grade Sprague Dawley (SD) male rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=14 rats),which were observed under isolated breeding,and model group (n=14,liver fail in dredging and regulation syndrome),which were observed individually and modeling stimulation was imposed according to the program. Furthermore,24-hour intraocular pressures were measured after modeling for four weeks,once a week,and three times in total. The measurement time periods were 9:00~10:00,13:00~14:00,17:00~18:00,21:00~22:00,and 1:00~2:00. The SD rats were treated with desktop miniature anesthesia (parameters: 0.8% oxygen and 5% isoflurane),and the intraocular pressure of eyes was measured using a Tono-Pen AVIA tonometer. The mean value of three times was taken as the final result. The mean intraocular pressure value and intraocular pressure fluctuation value for 24 hours were calculated by covariance analysis,in order to control the body weight of rats. The mean intraocular pressure and intraocular pressure fluctuation between these two groups was compared at the fourth,fifth and sixth week. RESULTS (1) The baseline intraocular pressure and body weight were comparable between these two groups,and there were no significant differences (P>0.05).(2) After modeling for four weeks,the mean 24-hour intraocular pressure value was (16.55 ± 0.91) mm Hg in the model group and (16.06 ± 0.99) mm Hg in the control group. This exhibited an increasing trend,and the differences were not statistically significant (F=0.23,P=0.63). In the sixth week after modeling,mean intraocular pressure value was (14.64±1.13) mm Hg in the model group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group which was (13.23 ± 1.08) mm Hg,and the difference was statistically significant (F=3.53,P=0.04).(3) The intra
