摘要
目的探索和研究高职护生心理韧性提升的对策。方法筛选心理韧性低分值的护生作为干预研究对象;以积极性心理学理念和易术心理剧技术实施团体心理辅导,采用质性和量性研究的方法评价干预效果。结果在团体心理辅导实施后,量性结果显示干预有显著性差异,质性研究显示对高职护生心理韧性提升有积极作用。结论整合积极性心理学理念和易术心理剧技术的团体心理辅导方案可以有效地提升护生的积极认知和自信心,增强社会支持,合理表达情绪,增加抗压能力,对高职护生心理韧性提升有积极作用。
Objective To explore the countermeasures for improving psychological resilience of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods Nursing students with low psychological resilience were selected as the intervention subjects. The group psychological counseling was carried out gathering with positive psychology and Yishu psychodrama. The intervention effect was evaluated by qualitative and quantitative methods. Results After the implementation of group psychological counseling, the quantitative results showed that there was a significant difference between the interventions which had the positive effect on improving the psychological resilience of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Conclusions The group psychological counseling program that integrates the positive psychology concept and Yishu psychodrama technology can effectively improve the positive cognition and self-confidence of nursing students, enhance social support, express emotions reasonably, and increase the ability to resist pressure. It has a positive effect on improving the psychological resilience of nursing students in higher vocational colleges, which is worthy of promoting.
