乘用车半轴隔热罩的隔热性能试验方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析某乘用车前舱温度场,搭建试验台架进行温度测试,定义隔热效率计算公式,计算物理试验的隔热效率。同时根据物理台架测试,进行CAE建模仿真,对比物理试验和虚拟仿真结果差异性。最终建立了隔热罩隔热效率试验台架和试验方法,并通过建模仿真得到排气歧管对半轴护套的影响。 Through the analysis of the temperature field in the front cabin of a passenger car, a test bench was built for temperature testing . The heat insulation efficiency calculation formula was defined to calculate the heat insulation efficiency in the physical test. At the same time, CAE modeling simulation was carried out referenced to physical bench test, and the difference was compared between physical test and virtual simulation results.The test bench of heat efficiency for heat shield and test method were finally established, and the influence of exhaust manifold on the half-axle jacket was obtained through modeling and simulation.
