摘要
本文针对发生开裂失效的排气歧管,探讨了排气歧管开裂失效发生的机理和结构设计原因,借助现代计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术,找到了排气歧管发生开裂的原因;并在此基础上重点对排气歧管优化设计理论和方法进行了研究,特别指出了"支架"在排气歧管设计中的重要意义;最后通过发动机台架实验对优化后的排气歧管进行了验证测试,证实未再有开裂失效现象发生,排气歧管开裂问题得到解决,本文排气歧管优化措施和方法有效。
In this paper,aiming at the exhaust manifold with cracking failure,the mechanism and structural design reasons of the exhaust manifold cracking failure are discussed.With the help of modern computer aided engineering(CAE)technology,the causes of the exhaust manifold cracking are found.On this basis,the optimization design theory and method of the exhaust manifold are mainly studied,especially the exhaust divergence of the"bracket"is pointedout.Finally,the engine bench test was carried out to verify the optimized exhaust manifold,which proved that no cracking failure occurred again,and the problem of exhaust manifold cracking was solved.The optimization measures and methods of exhaust manifold in this paper are effective.
