摘要
基于发动机舱内外流场和温度场数值模拟,根据汽车在不同行驶工况下的流场和温度场数值计算结果,对发动机舱的流场特性、散热性能、温度场、进风口设计进行分析;依据仿真分析结果提出发动机舱散热改进设计方案;在相同试验条件下,分别对某微车原车状态和对发动机前舱布局进行相应改进后的状态,进行室内整车环境模拟实验。
Based on the numerical simulation of inner and outer flow fields and temperature fields of engine nacelle,according to the calculation results of the two kinds of fields,the flow fields characteristics,heat dispersion characteristics,temperature fields and the air inlet design for engine nacelle are analyzed.The improved design scheme of heat dispersion for engine nacelle is put forward according to the simulation analysis.Under the same testing conditions,indoor complete vehicle environment simulation tests are carried out for both the original and improved engine nose nacelle of a certain mini auto.
