基于外流场数值仿真的某赛车优化设计

摘要 建立了某赛车及计算域外流场模型,基于RNG湍流模型对其进行流体动力学仿真,发现升力系数不满足赛车的设计要求。为此,对该赛车模型进行造型优化,并对优化前后的赛车外流场分布及车身压力分布情况进行对比,表明优化之后赛车具有良好的气动特性。 The model of a racing car and the calculation outside the flow field was built, and the fluid dynamic simulation was done based on the RNG turbulent model. Then it was found that the lift coefficient could not meet the requirement of the design. Therefore, the shape optimization of the racing car model was carried out, and the body pressure distribution and flow field distribution through the shape optimization were compared. The result shows that the car has gained a good aerodynamic characteristic after the optimization.
