摘要
目的探讨责任制整体护理环境下分级护理带教模式的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2018年7月在本院进行临床新入职护士66例,依照护理带教模式不同,把研究的新入职护士分为研究组、参考组,两组各有33例新入职护士。参考组新入职护士按照实习纲领,护理人员实行常规带教模式,研究组实行分级护理带教模式,在实习结束后,对比两组新入职护士的临床知识的掌握度、综合能力评分的变化情况、新入职护士满意度。结果研究组新入职护士的临床知识掌握度为96.7%,参考组为75.8%,研究组比参考组高(P<0.05)。研究组的综合能力评分为(90.8±1.8)分,参考组为(80.1±1.7)分,研究组评分高于参考组(P<0.05)。研究组新入职护士满意度为97.0%,参考组为72.7%,研究组显著比参考组高(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理环境下分级护理带教模式的临床效果显著,可以提升新入职护士的临床知识掌握度和综合能力,改善新入职护士的满意度,适合在临床带教工作中推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of grading nursing teaching mode under the environment of responsibility system for holistic nursing.Methods 66 nurses who newly enrolled in Fushun County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different nursing teaching modes,with 33 new nurses in each group.Routine teaching mode consistent with relevant practice program was adopted in the control group,while grading nursing teaching mode was implemented in the observation group.The mastery degree of clinical knowledge, change in comprehensive ability scores,and satisfaction of new recruited nurses were compared between the two groups.Results Firstly,the mastery degree of clinical knowledge of new recruited nurses in the observation group was 96.7%,while it was 75.8% in the control group.Therefore,the mastery degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Secondly,the comprehensive ability score of the patients in the observation group was 90.8±1.8,while it was 80.1±1.7 in the control group.Thus the scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Thirdly,the satisfaction rate of new recruited nurses in the observation group was 97.0%,while it was 72.7% in the control group.Thus the satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The grading nursing teaching mode under the environment of responsibility system for holistic nursing enjoys remarkable clinical effects.It can improve the mastery degree of clinical knowledge and comprehensive ability of the new recruited nurses and improve the satisfaction degree of them.Therefore,it is suitable for wide application in clinical teaching.
