摘要
依法落实与扩大高校办学自主权,是建设高等教育强国的必然选择,高校只有享有充分的办学自主权,才能获得更好的发展,已经成为一种社会共识。论文将对高校办学自主权的历史背景以及基本内涵进行阐述,并通过查阅文献以及访谈调查,对高校自主权落实与扩大的现状及困境进行剖析,并为落实和扩大高校办学自主权提出合理化对策与建议。
To implement and expand the university autonomy by the law is a necessary approach to buildChina into a country with advanced tertiaryeducation. It has become a social consensus that only with fuller autonomy can a university achieve better development.
