摘要
目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者血清caspase-12酶活性、CHOP蛋白、HSP47表达水平与冠状动脉(冠脉)病变范围的相关性。方法:纳入因急性心肌梗死入院的患者126例,按冠脉病变范围分为单支病变组(41例)、双支病变组(40例)和3支病变组(45例),留取患者发病24h内外周静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清caspase-12酶活性、CHOP蛋白、HSP47表达水平。采用方差分析比较3组间各指标的差异,采用Spearman检验分析caspase-12酶活性、CHOP蛋白、HSP47表达水平与冠脉病变范围的相关性。结果:①单支病变组、双支病变组和3支病变组年龄差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②caspase-12、CHOP及HSP47血清浓度在3组差异无统计学意义;③血管病变范围与HSP47呈正相关性(r=0.313,P=0.004),与CHOP、caspase-12血清浓度无相关性。结论:急性心肌梗死患者血清HSP47表达水平可能与冠脉病变范围有关。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum caspase-12 enzyme activity,CHOP protein,HSP47 expression levels,and the coronary artery lesions in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.Method:A total of 126 patients with AMI were divided into single vessel disease group(n=41),double vessels disease group(n=40),and three vessels disease group(n=45)according to the scope of coronary artery disease.Peripheral venous blood was collected within 24 hours after the onset of AMI.Serum caspase-12 activity,CHOP protein and HSP47 expression levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Variance analysis was used to compare differences of each index among three groups.Spearman test was used to analyze the correlation between caspase-12 enzyme activity,CHOP protein,HSP47 expression level and coronary artery lesion extent.Result:①There was a significant difference in age among three groups(P<0.05).②There was no significant difference in serum levels of caspase-12 enzyme activity,CHOP protein and HSP47 among three groups.③The range of vascular lesions was positively correlated with HSP47(r=0.313,P=0.004),but there was no correlation between the range of vascular lesions and serum concentration of CHOP and caspase-12.Conclusion:The level of serum HSP47 expression in patients with AMI might be related to the extent of coronary artery disease.
