摘要
针对地下电缆采集与管理现状,以地下电缆高效化采集与精益化管理为研究对象,通过分析国家电网公司地下电缆采集和管理趋势,探索智能终端采集,精益化管理模式。以移动采集、数据贯通、专题管理为切入点,提升采集效率,优化管理水平,改善用户体验,推进地下电缆采集高效化和管理精益化。
In view of the current situation of underground cable acquisition and management, this subject takes the efficient acquisition and lean management of underground cables as the research object. Through the analysis of the trend of the acquisition and management of underground cables in the national Power Grid Corp, this paper explores the collection and lean management mode of the intelligent terminal. We should improve the collection efficiency, optimize the management level, improve the user experience, and promote the efficient collection and management of underground cables.
