城市电缆线路的顶管施工管理方法探讨

摘要 介绍顶管资料管理在防范输电电缆外力破坏过程中起到的作用。分析输电电缆线路敷设方式、电缆区域分布及近5年主要道路施工、规划涉及的电缆分布在顶管开挖范围内的冲突。采用思维导图法分析出图纸资料缺失以及现场交底不清等问题是导致电缆外力破坏的直接原因,并提出使用地理信息系统标识电缆路径等解决措施。对现有的标准、制度和规范进一步细化,形成南宁供电局电缆工程顶管施工资料管理规定,并论证使用地理信息系统标识电缆路径的可行性。管理好顶管施工资料是提出防范输电电缆外力破坏措施的基础。 The function of pipe jacking data management in the process of transmission cable external damage prevention is introduced. The laying mode of transmission cable and conflicts of cable distribution area of main roads construction and planning involved in five years with the range of pipe jacking excavation are analyzed. By using mind mapping method direct reasons of cable external damage are found, which are the lack of information and drawings and the unclearly field instruction. Solving measures such as using geographic information system to identify paths of cable are proposed. Current standards, systems and norms are further refined to form the regulation of cable project pipe jacking construction data management in Nanning power bureau. The feasibility of using geographic information system to identify paths of cable is argued. The data management of pipe jacking construction is the basis of the transmission cable external damage prevention.
