摘要
为了促进电力企业的可持续发展,提高项目信息资源利用率,使电力企业更好地规划、协调和控制各项项目资源,提高项目经济效益,提出了电力企业数字化项目管理方法研究。首先,对项目信息进行分类和编码,更好地管理和利用项目建设中的各项信息;其次,设计电力企业项目信息数字化管理数据表,减少信息混乱和重复,形成完整、准确的数字化项目管理体系;在数据表的支持下,实施数字化项目管理,确保资源的合理使用和项目的顺利进行。实验结果表明,所提出的数字化管理方法被应用于实践后,电力企业项目信息资源利用率得到了有效提升,均达到了97.02%以上,管理效果优势显著。
In order to promote the sustainable development of electric power enterprises,improve the utilization rate of project information resources,enable electric power enterprises to better plan,coordinate and control the project resources,and improve the economic benefits of the project,the digital project management method of electric power enterprises is proposed.First,classify and code the project information to better manage and use the information in the project construction;Secondly,the project information digital management data table is designed to reduce information confusion and duplication and form a complete and accurate digital project management system.With the support of data sheets,implement digital project management to ensure the rational use of resources and the smooth progress of projects.The experimental results show that after the application of the proposed digital management method,the project information resource utilization rate of electric power enterprises has been effectively improved,reaching more than 97.02%,and the management effect has significant advantages.
