摘要
针对大学生就业质量评价问题,使用二元语义模糊评价法构建大学生就业质量评价模型,该方法利用二元数组表示评价结果可有效避免信息损失和扭曲,从而使评价结果更加客观真实。在专家给出的语言评价信息的基础上利用二元语义加权平均算子集结评价结果确定出各影响因素的二元数组从而得到评价等级,并以商洛市为例进行验证,结果表明商洛市大学生就业质量为"一般",结论符合实际情况说明该模型客观合理。
Aiming at the problem of college students’ employment quality evaluation, the two-tuple fuzzy linguistic evaluation method is used to construct the employment quality evaluation model of college students. This method can effectively avoid the loss and distortion of information by using binary arrays to express the evaluation results, so that the evaluation results are more objective and truer. Based on the language evaluation information, the two-tuple linguistic weighted average operator assembly evaluation result is used to determine the binary array of each influencing factor to obtain the evaluation grade. The Shangluo City is used as an example to verify the employment quality of Shangluo City."General", the conclusion is in line with the actual situation, the model is objective and reasonable.
