摘要
分析了笔记本计算机转轴注塑件浇口位置存在飞边的问题。针对这一问题,基于效率和制件质量两方面因素,设计了一套转轴注塑件浇口修整模具。对这一修整模具的结构尺寸和工作原理进行了介绍,应用修整模具进行飞边修整试切,确认效果良好。应用笔记本计算机转轴注塑件浇口修整模具,可以节约成本,提高生产效率。
The problem of the flash edge at the gate position of the injection molding piece of the notebook computer rotating shaft was analyzed. Aiming at this problem, based on the two factors of efficiency and workpiece quality, a gate trimming mold for injection molding piece of rotating shaft was designed. The physical dimensions and working principle of this trimming mold were introduced. The trimming mold was applied for trial trimming of the flash edge and the trimming effect was confirmed. The application of the gate trimming mold for injection molding piece of notebook computer rotating shaft can save costs and improve production efficiency.
