摘要
重点研究了注射成形Kovar合金的脱脂及烧结工艺。结果表明 :溶剂脱脂 +热脱脂工艺能有效快速地实现粘结剂的完全脱除 ,通过烧结后获得了 2 5~ 40 0℃内平均热膨胀系数为 5 .75× 10 -6/℃的注射成形Kovar合金封装盒体。金相显微组织及XRD分析说明了合金主要以奥氏体 (γ相 )主相及少量的α相共同组成 ,这种α相的存在是PIMKovar合金热膨胀系数偏高的主要原因。
The debinding and sintering process in the powder injection molding(PIM) of Kovar alloy has been investigated here. The results show that all the binder can be removed rapidly and effectively by the solvent debinding and thermal debinding, PIM Kovar alloy packing box with an average thermal expansion coefficient of 5.75×10 -6/℃ over the range of 25 ℃ to 400 ℃ can be obtained after sintering. Both metallurgical microsructure and X-ray diffraction analysis show that the alloy is composed of austenititephase (γ phase) and a little ferrite phase (α phase), while the existence of α phase mainly results in the higher thermal expanxion coefficient of PIM Kovar alloy.
