摘要
以元素粉为原料,研究了利用注射成形技术生产低合金钢支持块的工艺。选择了一种流变性能良好的蜡基多聚物粘结剂体系,并在注射料的热分析结果基础上制定了相应的脱粘工艺;采用ANSYS软件模拟分析了注射充模过程中产生的缺陷并理论上得到了解决方法;将样品在分解氨气氛中于1280℃烧结2h,得到了抗拉强度为481MPa,伸长率为13%的高性能产品。
In this paper, a component of low alloy steel was prepared by powder injection molding (PIM) using element powders as the raw materials. A kind of binder with better fluidity was chosen, and the debinding processing was established according to the result of thermal analysis; The molding process was simulated using ANSYS software, and a better molding process was obtained. The materials sintered at 1280℃ for 2 hours exhibit better mechanical properties, 481MPa of tensile strength and 13 % of elongation.
