摘要
针对数字化飞机装配时孔位检测的要求,提出了一种飞机装配孔位检测方法。这一方法应用激光扫描仪,包括三维点云孔边缘特征点提取和最小二乘法孔位检测两部分。基于带两个标准孔的试验板对这一方法进行试验验证,确认这一方法可以在飞机装配中实现基准孔的高效率与高精度自动化检测。
Aiming at the requirements of the hole position detection in digital aircraft assembly, a hole position detection method in aircraft assembly was proposed. This method uses a laser scanner, which includes the part of extracting hole boundary feature point from 3D point cloud data and the part of hole= site detection via least square method. This method was tested based on a test plate with two standard holes. It confirms that this method can achieve automatic detection of the reference hole in aircraft assembly with high efficiency and high accuracy.
