摘要
文章主要讨论利用平面磨床经过技术改造后磨削双螺杆挤出机机筒的外侧两个半圆表面,控制两个半圆尺寸和中心距公差,并保证两个半圆的圆柱度及对基准孔的同轴度要求和表面粗糙度要求。
This article focuses on the use of surface grinding machine after technical renovation. The two lateral round surface of twin-screw extruder barrel can be grinded in the machine. The two button size and center distance tolerance are controlled, and the two semicircle cylindricity, coaxiality for the benchmark hole, surface roughness are ensured.
