摘要
目的了解西安市居民健康素养水平变化的影响因素,为制定卫生健康相关政策提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样与人口规模成比例抽样(PPS抽样)方法,对西安市15~69岁的常住人口进行问卷调查。通过Logistic回归分析居民健康素养的影响因素。结果 2017年西安市居民2 542人总体健康素养水平为13.70%。回归分析显示,总体素养的影响因素主要有文化程度、职业和年龄,相对于小学及以下人群,高中/职高/中专、大专/本科及以上的OR值分别为2.204和4.293;相对于农民,公务员/事业人员、工人/企业人员、其他职业的OR值分别为3.215、2.339和2.030;相对于55~69岁人群,35~54岁的OR值为1.523。总体健康素养和各分类健康素养相同的影响因素有文化程度和职业。在不同的分类素养中,城乡和年龄作为影响因素,作用效应大小不一致。结论西安市居民健康素养水平近年来有所提高,农村居民、老年人、低文化程度者仍是健康素养促进工作的重点人群,应根据不同重点人群的特点,持续开展针对性性的健康教育干预,进一步提升居民健康素养。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of Xi’an residents’ health literacy level,so as to provide the scientific basis for formulating health policy. Methods Using stratified multi-stage and PPS sampling methods, permanent residents aged 15-69 years old in Xi’an were investigated by questionnaires. Logistic regression was used to analyze health literacy influencing factors. Results In 2017,the overall health literacy level of the 2 542 investigated residents in Xi’an was 13.7%.Regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of overall health literacy were education level,occupation and age. Compared with primary school and below population,the OR values of senior high school/vocational high/technical secondary school, junior college/college and above were 2.204 and 4.293. Compared with peasant population, the OR values of civil servants/Institution personnel, workers/enterprise personnel and other occupations were 3.215,2.339 and 2.030, respectively. Compared with55 to 69 years old population,the OR value of35 to 54 years old was 1.523. The common influencing factors of overall health literacy and classified health literacy were education level and occupation. In different classified literacy,urbanrural and age as influencing factors showed inconsistency effect. Conclusion In recent years, the health literacy level of residents in Xi’’an had been improved. Rural residents,the elderly and loweducational level population are still the target groups when conducting health literacy promotion. It is proposed to carry out health education intervention activities continuously according to the characteristics of different target groups to promote residents’ health literacy.
