摘要
提出并实现了一种表面粗糙D形光纤探针结构的消逝场传感器,通过自主搭建简易的光纤侧面抛磨装置,得到表面粗糙的D型光纤,将其一端镀上银膜作为反射镜面,得到D型光纤探针。对D型光纤探针进行传输损耗的折射率传感特性检测,发现当被测溶液折射率变化时,会因消逝场与被测溶液之间作用的不同而引起能量吸收的不同,进而使接收到的光功率发生显著的变化。实验测得传感器折射率灵敏度为64.93 dB/RIU,线性相关系数高达99.53%,检测精度可达0.000 06。该传感结构在医疗检测、生物化学和环境监测等领域都有着广泛的应用。
An evanescent field sensor with a rough surface D-shaped fiber probe structure is proposed and implemented.The D-shaped fiber with a rough surface is obtained by autonomously building a simple fiber side polishing device,and one end of it is coated with silver film as a mirror surface to obtain a D-shaped fiber probe.The detection of the refractive index sensing characteristic of the transmission loss of the D-shaped fiber probe,it is found that when the refractive index of the measured solution changes,the energy absorption will be different due to the different interaction between the evanescent field and the measured solution,and then the received optical power will be significantly changed.The experimentally determined refractive index sensitivity is 64.93dB/RIU,the linear correlation coefficient is as high as 99.53%,and the accuracy is up to 0.00006.The sensor structure has been widely used in medical detection,biochemistry and environmental monitoring.
