摘要
针对光纤成像的特殊性,提出了一种利用边缘检测算法来提取ROI区域作为对焦窗口的方法,该方法成功地消除了光纤图像中心亮带对清晰度评价值的影响,可准确判断光纤目标清晰的位置,结合显微视觉测量技术,将其应用于光纤侧面抛磨和拉锥系统中,经过亚像素边缘检测及尺寸计算后,对光纤参数的测量精度高于0.5μm,可提高光纤微加工系统的性能。
In view of the particularity of optical fiber imaging,a method is presented by using edge detection algorithm to extract ROI region as a focus window.This method successfully eliminates the influence of the center bright band of the optical fiber image on the definition evaluation value,and can accurately determine the clear location of the optical fiber target,and combine the microscopic vision measurement technology.It is applied to the fiber side polishing and taper system.After the sub pixel edge detection and the size calculation,the measurement accuracy of the fiber parameters is higher than 0.5 μm,which can improve the performance of the optical fiber micromachining system.
