摘要
由于生产方式、生活方式的巨变,以及当代体育自身发展瓶颈的制约,身体的主体存在性被忽视。为此,产生于欧美国家,由英国学者Margaret Whitehead主要建构和倡导的身体素养理论在国际体育领域引起人们的极大关注和讨论。身体素养理论将“身心一元论”“存在主义”“具身认知”等作为主要的理论基础,突出身体的主体存在性和能动性,将身体能力、身体体验、身体认知、身体行为4个构成要素统摄于身体之中,以身体之维践行身体素养之旅,每个要素皆不可或缺,缺之则难以形成、发展身体素养。该理论对当代体育的改革与发展具有如下价值:1)弥合了“身-心”二者的裂痕;2)融贯了人与场的共通系统;3)关照了生活世界的鲜活体验;4)树立了当代体育改革与发展的新航标。
Due to the great changes in the mode of production and lifestyle,and bottleneck restriction of contemporary sports selfdevelopment,the body's subjectivity has been ignored,and health has become difficult to achieve.For these reasons,the theory of physical literacy,which originated in Europe and America and was constructed and advocated by Professor Margaret Whitehead,a British scholar,has aroused great concern and discussion in the field of international sports.The main theory is bases on body-mind monism,existentialism and embodied cognition,it highlights the body's subjectivity and initiative.The four elements of physical ability,physical experience,physical cognition and physical behavior are integrated into the body,practice the journey of physical literacy.Every element of the four essentials is indispensable.This theory has the following values for the reform and development of contemporary sports: 1) Bridging the gap between body and mind;2) Integrating the common system of human and Champ;3) Caring for the vivid experience in the life world;4) Establishing a new navigation mark for the reform and development of contemporary sports.
