摘要
基于网络技术、信息技术以及生物识别等技术的融合,'监控'逐渐成为人类世界的常态行为。此处所指的'监控'不是针对'物',而是针对'人',从学理上需要对'监控'进行重新解读。与此同时,监控社会日渐缓慢地、微妙地呈现出来。监控技术固然具有重要的价值,为人类社会带来便利及效率,但它对人类的身体自由、身体隐私、身体认知都会产生影响。因而本文从技术身体的视角对监控技术引发的伦理困境问题进行描摹,并对伦理困境进行反思。
Based on the convergence of technologies such as network technology,information technology,and biometrics,'surveillance'has gradually become the normal behavior in human world.Here,'surveillance'is not for'objects'but for'human',it is necessary to re-interpret'surveillance'from the academical view.At the same time,the surveillance society is slowly and subtly presented.Surveillance technology has important value and brings convenience and efficiency to human society,but it will have an impact on body freedom,body privacy and body awareness.Therefore,this paper describes the ethical dilemmas caused by surveillance technology from the perspective of technology body and rethinks the dilemmas.
