摘要
原料卤水中存在的硫化氢会增大氧化剂消耗、恶化操作条件、不利于空气吹出法提碘、溴工艺的正常运行,需要在氧化工段之前予以去除。基于不同pH值下水中硫化氢的存在形式讨论了适宜的方法。针对卤水提碘、溴工艺特点,对空气氧化法、吹脱池、吹脱塔、负压抽提法进行了详细对比,提出了适宜于提碘溴原料卤水脱硫的工艺方法。
The hydrogen sulfide in raw brine will increase the consumption of oxidant. The deteriorating operating condition is not conducive to the normal operation of the air blowing process for extracting iodine bromide,which needs to be removed before the oxidation section. Based on the existing forms of hydrogen sulfide in water at different p H value,the suitable common method is discussed in this article. According to the characteristics of brine iodine bromide extraction process,the air oxidation method,stripping tank,stripping tower and negative pressure extraction method were compared in detail,and the process suitable for brine desulfurization of iodine bromide extraction raw material was put forward.
