摘要
沼气是一种混合气体,其中含有的硫化氢危害巨大,使用前必须脱除。与其他脱硫方法相比,生物脱硫具有污染少、低能耗、高效率等特点,成为研究的热点。其中,光合细菌脱硫由于水力停留时间长,需光照,生成的硫颗粒影响透光率等不利条件,影响了脱硫效率,制约了其本身的发展,因此研究高效的生物反应器成为光合细菌脱硫的关键。为此,对光合细菌脱硫的生物反应器进行了研究,设计了外循环反应器并进行了清水试验,为进一步进行脱硫试验打下了基础。
Biogas is a kind of mixture gases. The H2S in it has endangered enormously, it must gotten rid of before use. Biological desulphurization has characteristics including a little pollution, low energy consumption, high efficiency. Photosynthetic bacteria desulphurization needs long hydraulic residence time, illumination. In addition, the produced the microparticle of sulphur in the waste water will influence opacity. And desulphurization efficiency is inflected. Therefore, its one's own development is restricting. So it is a key issue to study the high-efficient bioreactor for desulphurization. The bacterium bioreactor of desulphurization was carried out. A outer circulation reactor was designed The fresh water test was conducted. The research has laid a foundation for further research on the desulphurization of biogas.
