摘要 为了弥补解析法较难应用到大规模电网的不足,提出一种计及风险指标的可靠性预想故障集筛选方法。文中在已有系统风险理论基础上,建立计及元件故障概率重要度、结构重要度的预想故障风险指标,并以此形成系统的事故链集合,再利用此事故链集合分别构建不同故障阶数下的具有截止发生概率性质的系统故障状态,实现预想故障的筛选,形成系统可靠性评估的状态空间。最后以IEEE-RTS79可靠性测试系统为例进行分析,并与传统的状态枚举法进行了对比,验证本文所提方法的真实有效性。 In order to make up for the insufficiency of the analytical method to be applied to large-scale power grids, a contingency fault screening method for reliability evaluation considering risk indicators is proposed. Based on the existing system risk theory, this paper establishes the expected fault risk indicators that take into account the probability of component failure probability and structural importance, and forms the system's accident chain set. Then this accident chain set is applied to construct different fault orders. Under the system fault state with the nature of cutoff probability, the expected fault is filtered to form the state space of system reliability assessment. Finally, the IEEE-RTS79 reliability test system is taken as an example for analysis, and by a comparison with the traditional state enumeration method, the validity of the proposed method is verified.
