摘要
以往配网可靠性评估中设备故障率为设备故障历史统计结果,对配网设备状态水平的反映具有滞后性,无法准确体现配网当前的实际可靠性水平。针对传统配网可靠性评估方法的不足提出了基于状态矩阵的大型城市配网可靠性评估方法,将以历史统计结果得到的配网设备故障率与配网运行设备状态结合,得到考虑配网设备所处时期、环境以及外力因素等实际状态的故障率模型,结合配网馈线分区法提出基于状态矩阵的大型城市配电网可靠性评估方法,通过算例分析验证了方法的有效性。
As the equipment failure rates used in the existing reliability assessment of distribution network are historical statistics,because of their hysteresis,these rates can not reflect the actual reliability of the distribution network. To address this shortcoming,this paper proposes a reliability evaluation method for the large urban distribution network based on the equipment state matrix. The distribution network equipment failure rate obtained from the historical statistics is combined with the operation state of the equipment to form a failure rate model considering the period the distribution network equipment is in and the environment impacts and external factors. Results of the numerical example have verified the effectiveness of the me-thod.
