摘要
目的:构建一套适用于卫生综合管理信息平台的基层卫生服务评价指标体系。方法:采用Delphi专家咨询法和界值法筛选并确定最终纳入的指标,结合百分权重法和乘积法计算各指标权重。结果:两轮函询的专家积极系数均超过80%,第一轮和第二轮函询的专家权威系数分别为0.95和0.91,第二轮函询中指标的重要性和可操作性的Kendall协调系数分别为0.333、0.249,均具有统计学意义。构建的指标体系包括一级指标3个、二级指标9个、三级指标100个。结论:专家的权威程度较高,专家对本课题的研究较重视而且意见趋于一致,所构建的指标体系能够指导我国卫生综合管理信息平台的研发。
Objective To establish the primary health service assessment indicators system for the application of information platform in health general management.Methods The inclusion criteria of primary health service assessment system for the application of information platform in health general management were determined using Delphi expert consultation method and boundary value method respectively.The weight of each criterion was calculated using percentage weight method combined with product method.Results The positive coefficient of experts was>80%in the two-round consultation.The authoritative coefficient of expert was 0.95 and 0.091 respectively in the first round consultation and second-round consultation.The Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.333 and 0.249 respectively for the importance and operability of criteria in the second round consultation(P<0.05).The established primary health service assessment indicators system for the application of information platform in health general management includes 3 class A indicators,9 class B indicators and 100 class C indicators.Conclusion The authority of experts is rather high.The experts are interested in this topic with a consensus on this topic.The established primary health service assessment indicators system can help the R&D of information platform for health general management in our country.
