摘要
为提高大学生的酒文化认知水平,促进酒文化健康发展,采用评分法、回归分析、方差分析、交叉分析等方法,对大学生的酒文化认知进行调查及分析。研究结果显示,大学生对酒文化认知情况的综合评分为8.35,属于中等偏低水平;性别因素对于酒文化认知的影响较小,父母饮酒习惯对大学生酒文化认知的影响达到显著水平,饮酒频率和月生活费都与大学生酒文化认知水平有较高的相关性;大学生关于酒文化认知度最高的是酒礼习俗,了解酒文化的途径呈多样性,其中手机网络占比为69%;大学生饮酒频率越高,对酒文化重要性的认知程度越低。大学生对酒文化的整体认知水平有待提高。
In order to improve college students’ cognitive level of wine culture and further promote the sustainable development of wine culture, scoring method, regression analysis, cross-over analysis and the analysis of variance were applied in the survey and analysis of college students’ cognition of wine culture. The results showed that, the comprehensive score of college students’ cognition on wine culture was 8.35, below the average level;the factor of gender had little influence on wine culture cognition, and parents’ drinking habits had significant influence on students’ cognition of wine culture;both the drinking frequency and monthly living expense were highly correlated with college students’ cognitive level of wine culture;college students’ cognition on wine culture mainly presented in drinking ceremony and came from diverse sources(69 % from the Internet);the higher the drinking frequency for college students, the lower the cognitive level of the importance of wine culture;the overall cognitive level of wine culture for college students in need of further enhancement.
