农业院校大学生对葡萄酒的认知评价及影响因素

Cognition evaluation and influencing factors of wine in agricultural university students

摘要 为促进葡萄酒产业可持续发展,该文基于农业院校大学生的调研数据,采用描述性统计、均值分析、因子分析等方法,分析农业院校大学生对葡萄酒的认知评价及影响因素。结果表明,农业院校大学生对葡萄酒的认知处于较高水平;不同性别的大学生对葡萄酒认知水平的差异不明显,父母饮酒习惯显著影响大学生对葡萄酒的认知水平,月生活费和饮酒频率都与大学生葡萄酒认知水平有较高的相关性;大学生对葡萄酒功效的认知度最高,对葡萄酒购买知识的认知度最低;渠道、消费文化、功能等公因子是影响大学生对葡萄酒认知水平的主要因素,其累计解释比例达75.64%。 In order to promote the sustainable development of the grape wine industry,based on the survey data of agricultural university students,the cognition evaluation with wine and its influencing factors of the agricultural university students were analyzed by descriptive analysis,mean value analysis,factor analysis and other methods.The results showed that wine cognition of agricultural university students was at a high level;there was no significant difference in the cognition level of wine among university students with different genders.The drinking habits of their parents significantly affected the cognitive level of wine among university students.Monthly living expenses and drinking frequency had high correlation with university students'cognition level of wine;university students had the highest cognition of the efficacy of wine and the lowest cognition of the purchase knowledge of wine.Common factors,such as channel,consumption culture and function were the main factors affecting cognition level of wine in university students,and their cumulative explanation proportion was 75.64%.
