消费者对烟台葡萄酒文化认知情况的评价与分析——以烟台市区为例 被引量:13

摘要 采用问卷调查及评分法,调查分析了消费者对烟台葡萄酒文化认知情况。结果表明,调查区域内的各消费群体对烟台葡萄酒文化认知程度没有差异,各消费群体的综合评分为10.76,属中等水平。消费者缺乏烟台葡萄酒文化基本知识,且对其文化旅游的认知程度比较低,消费者可以从多种渠道了解烟台葡萄酒文化,对葡萄酒的保健功能已有一定的认识,消费者对推广与普及烟台葡萄酒文化的态度是积极的。消费者年龄及其文化程度与烟台葡萄酒文化认知情况的二次模拟函数的相关性均达到显著水平。 Based on questionnaire survey and point rating method, consumers' recognition of Yantai grape wine culture was analyzed. The results suggested that there was no difference in consumers' recognition of Yantai grape wine culture between different consumer groups in the survey area, and the comprehensive point of each consumer group was 10.76 (medium level). Consumers' recognition of basic knowledge and cultural tourism of Yantai grape wine culture was in a comparatively low degree. In fact, consumers could know more about Yantai grape wine culture from multiple channels. Meanwhile, most consumers knew healthcare functions of grape wine and they were positive in popularizing Yantai grape wine culture. The correlativity of quadratic simulation function between consumer's age and education level and consumer's recognition degree of Yantai grape wine culture was significant.
