摘要
2015年的中国酒文化研究取得了一定的成绩,通过检索中文学术期刊数据库,对2015年中国酒文化研究涉及的相关问题进行梳理和评述,着重介绍了酒与文学、名人酒文化、语言文字中的酒文化释读、酒政、酒器文化与包装设计、酒文化旅游、酒文化与产业发展、酒文化翻译传播等方面的研究成果,并对研究特征进行了总结。
Some great accomplishments have been achieved in Chinese liquor culture research in 2015. Through the retrieval of CNKI data-base, the academic studies related to Chinese liquor culture in 2015 were summed up, especially those research achievements in liquor and liter-ature, liquor and famous persons, drinking culture and packaging design, liquor culture-oriented tourism, liquor and industry development etc. Besides, the common characteristics in those studies were summed up.
