摘要
目的探讨防堵吸引管(发明专利号:ZL201210334696)的设计思路和工作原理,明确其在初次髋膝关节置换或翻修术中的防堵效果和优点。方法选择2014年10月~2018年6月共248例初次或翻修髋膝关节置换手术病例,其中实验组(防堵吸引管)125例,对照组(普通吸引管)123例。手术均由同一组医生完成。统计两组每台手术堵管次数、堵管时间、手术时间和术中出血量。结果与对照组比较,实验组可减少吸引器管堵塞,两组手术平均每台堵管次数、堵管时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,实验组手术时间短、术中出血少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用防堵吸引管可减少髋、膝关节置换手术堵管率,吸除术野骨碎屑、失活游离组织等简便、可靠,防堵效果优良。
Objective To explore the design idea and working principle of anti-blocking suction tube(invention patent number: ZL201210334696), and to clarify its anti-blocking effect and advantages in the initial hip and knee joint replacement or revision surgery. Methods From October 2014 to June 2018, a total of 248 cases of primary or revision hip and knee replacement surgery were selected, including 125 cases in the experimental group(anti-blocking suction tube) and 123 cases in the control group(ordinary suction tube). Surgery was performed by the same group of doctors.The number of blocked catheters, the time of catheterization, the time of surgery, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss of two groups were counted. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group could reduce the obstruction of the suction tube. The difference of the number of blocked tubes and the time of tube blocking between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). The experimental group had shorter operation time and less intraoperative blood loss than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The anti-blocking suction tube is used to reduce the rate of tube blocking in hip and knee joint replacement, and it is simple, reliable and effective in preventing and removing the bone fragments and inactivation of free tissue. And it has excellent anti-blocking effect.
