摘要
目的探究全髋关节置换术中采用3D打印钛合金骨小梁金属臼杯的临床短期疗效。方法选择新疆自治区人民医院关节外科2015-01-2016-05收治的行全髋关节置换术的骨关节炎、股骨头缺血性坏死和髋关节发育不良患者54例,根据患者的髋臼固定方法分为实验组和对照组,分别采用骨水泥人工髋臼杯和3D打印钛合金骨小梁金属臼杯固定,比较两组患者的术后Harris评分、UCLA评分和临床疗效。结果实验组患者的术后Harris评分和UCLA评分明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组患者临床治疗总有效率81.48%,对照组59.26%,两组临床治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 3D打印钛合金作为临床新型医疗器械具有广泛在应用前景,3D打印钛合金骨小梁金属臼杯在全髋关节置换术患者中髋臼固定,促进髋关节的术后恢复,提高临床疗效,并发症发病率低,值得在临床上推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the short-term clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty using 3Dprinting of Ti alloy bone trabecular metal cup.METHODS Select Xinjiang People's hospital in January 2015 and May 2016 total hip arthroplasty for osteoarthritis,shares bone avascular necrosis,and hip joint development adverse 54 cases,according to the patients with acetabular fixation methods are divided into experimental group and control group,respectively,using bone cement artificial acetabular cup and 3Dprinting Ti alloy bone trabecular metal acetabular cup fixed,compared two groups of patients with postoperative Harris score,UCLA score and clinical curative effect.RESULTS The experimental group of patients with postoperative Harris score and UCLA score was significantly better than the patients in the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance;experimental group patients clinical total effective rate 81.48%,observation group 59.26%,clinical treatment of the two groups total efficiency has a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.CONCLUSION3 Dprinting titanium alloy as a new clinical medical equipment has widely application prospect,3Dprinting of Ti alloy bone trabecular metal acetabular cup in total hip arthroplasty in patients with acetabular fixation,promote hip surgery after recovery,improve the clinical efficacy,low incidence rate of complications,widely used in clinic.
